The acupuncturist is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and attentive—taking the time to understand my needs and tailor each session accordingly. Not only have I seen real improvements in my physical health, but I’ve also felt a noticeable difference in my stress levels, sleep, and overall well-being.

From the very moment I walked in i noticed cleanliness and stress free atmosphere. Next, the receptionist was on point with kindness, professionalism and a welcoming smile. Never a problem with scheduling or rescheduling. All doctors and assistants are kind and concerned about my comfort and needs. In particular, my acupuncturist is a most knowledgeable, professional and really a terrific man. He has been a blessing as I receive nerve pain relief that's greatly appreciated. My first appointment to have a massage to help with long term back issues was a great success! Michael was my therapist and for the first time I felt relief! I’ve had chiropractic work done for years with no obvious relief for my pain! I left feeling 95% better and stayed that way for a couple of days! Pain but not as severe has returned but not to the original level ! Pretty good for one visit! Can’t wait to go back in a few days!
I've recently been seeing Dr. Frost for Chiropractic Care. I got instant relief on the 1st adjustment. And continued weekly adjustments. Dr. Frost explains exactly what's going on in detail and terms I can understand easily. With his sweet sense of humor he's interesting and fun to talk to. The whole office is warm and inviting. This doctor visit I actually love going. I'm back to working 5 days a week again and the pain in my hip is completely gone. The issue with my elbow continues to get better.

Dr. Richard is very knowledgeable and I was very impressed with their holistic approach to health. They offer services that not only realign your back and joints but deal with nerve pain, nutrition, mental acuity and a regenerative cell service that was fascinating!
All the staff there the day I went in were nice and professional, but Felicia was that and an amazing massage therapist to boot. She reviewed my np paperwork, asked questions and listened to me , then intuitively knew what I needed to have worked on.

Absolutely love coming here for massages. All of the massage therapists are so knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. They have significantly helped my overall pain level. The chiropractor is also very thorough and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend them. Everyone is kind, helpful and welcoming.
I visited first because I had an awful case of vertigo and I couldn't get in to an ENT for 3 weeks. Dr. Frost did spinal manipulations and introduced me to the PEMF machine. This is a fairly new practice. Everyone is open, friendly and polite. The care I have received is excellent. This month I am taking advantage of the $300 PEMF offer which allows me to use it as often as I like throughout the month. It's a very nice cost saving offer. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been dealing with a persistent and aggravating lower abdominal issue for about three years now for which every MD I've seen has recommended resection surgery.
Not willing to accept that and knowing that there must be a way to help my body heal, I undertook extensive research to find one.
I learned about PEMF and was able to secure the leading home-use brand PEMF mat which I used extensively and even slept on overnight.
Expecting to experience dramatic results, I was sorely disappointed after three months of continuous use and having no material change to my chief complaint.
But then, at the urging and recommendation of a very dear friend who had wonderful experiences with the PEMF offered here at Blue Q, I finally made the trip over to Largo to experience it myself.
GOODNESS GRACIOUS was it so much more than I expected! I felt it working deep within my tissue immediately! That was not the case when I sat with Blue Q's PEMF!!!
The wonderful Carmel, who set me up on the machine, taught me how to adjust the intensity up and down as well as the frequency of the pulses and how to aim the pulses directly to the exact area on my abdomen that needs the most help.
Then, Dr. Richard, who is a true healer of the highest order, offered me deeper explanations on how and why that amazing PEMF he offers in his office works and how effective it truly is. I also received a chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Richard unlike any I received before. It doesn't take long at all to fully realize that that lovely human is fully invested in bringing his clients and patients back to optimal health. What a true blessing to this world!
After an initial 30 minutes with Blue Q's PEMF, I felt such a dramatic level of relief that I haven't felt in three long years!!! I was over the moon!!! It is recommended that PEMF users undergo 5+ sessions for optimal results and after just one session and the amazing results and high level of relief that I'm already feeling, I have absolutely no qualms about driving 2 hours to this wonderful little oasis of healing in Largo!!

This place has the best acupuncturist I've ever had plus they did some cupping and something called percussion I felt great after my treatment looking forward to my next one.

The front office manager Brittany always has a smile and is so welcoming. Dr. Frost wants patients to be well and he is such a great teacher when it comes to good chiropractic health. Massage therapist Lena is absolutely the best massage therapist that I have ever had!

I'm a former hockey player and have been going to chiropractors for over 20 years, so I understand the differences. I had a pain in my neck that ran down my arm, could only sleep on one side due to pain. After 12 visits, all pain is gone and I'm really enjoying a pain free life at 61. Thanks Dr. FROST.

I went in for acupuncture with DR. Dan and he is awesome. I actually kind of felt like it was a therapy session but where I also learn about acupuncture and how it works and the reason for certain points. He was very informative and patient. I will be going back at least once a month.

I posted a review that I deleted. I had a problem communicating with the doctor and then found out he was on vacation, and his office girl quit without notice while he was a way. She should have given him a two-week notice! What she did was despicable! I recently spoke to the doctor and plan to see him next week. God Bless!
Best chiropractic experience I've had. As of March 2023 I want to update this review to still be five stars. Dr. Frost is a fantastic chiropractor and gets the job done all the way. I also want to say that Kerry is a great massage therapist, again, the best I’ve had. Booking the two together can really address problems in a serious way.

I had acute nausea for 2 years, I saw more doctors and specialists than I could count, had a million invasive tests run on me, and was on medication daily. The only thing that ever helped was this wonderful place, I've been nausea free since my first visit! The staff is wonderful and friendly too, they make you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Erica has been the best chiropractor yet! She uses the latest techniques, some of which I've never heard of. She just doesn't get you on the table, make adjustments and away you go but also educates and recommends techniques to take care of your body.

I have lower and middle back (between the shoulders) discomfort and pain. Let me tell you that Dr. Erica is AMAZING! I have seen other chiropractors, had tons of massages, gone to physical therapy yet NONE has helped me as much as working with her. Do yourself a favor and visit Blue Q and Dr. Erica. The establishment also gives great massage and acupuncture services.
